You must provide accurate registration information. NexIP reserves the right to request Identity Verification (KYC) for orders flagged by our risk system.

Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension.

2. Payment & Refunds

All services are pre-paid. We accept Credit Cards and Crypto.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available within 3 days of purchase if the service is technically unusable. No refunds for crypto payments or if ANY traffic has been consumed.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by ISP outages or maintenance.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our proxy services without a written Reseller Agreement.

5. Service Provider

NexIP is a service brand operated by Nebula Global LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Principal office: 1359 S Drexel Way, Lakewood, CO 80232, USA.

To contact us regarding these Terms, email [email protected] or send written notice to the address above.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where U.S. federal law applies by its own force, federal law controls.

Before commencing any formal proceeding, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation for at least 30 days via [email protected].

If negotiation fails, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

The Service is offered to businesses and professional users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
