Acceptable Use Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

NexIP has a zero-tolerance policy for the following activities. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund:

• DDoS / DOS attacks or stress testing.

• Carding, credit card fraud, or financial theft.

• Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Phishing or accessing compromised accounts.

2. Network Abuse

• Port scanning or vulnerability scanning of third-party servers.

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).

• Creating fake accounts in bulk (Social Media automation must comply with platform rules).

3. Scraping Ethics

• Do not scrape government websites or sensitive personal data (PII).

• Respect target site's resource limits; do not cause denial of service.

4. Enforcement, Reporting & Governing Law

This Acceptable Use Policy is issued by Nebula Global LLC (a Colorado, USA limited liability company with its principal office at 1359 S Drexel Way, Lakewood, CO 80232, USA) and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to determine violations at our sole discretion and to suspend or terminate the affected account immediately without refund. Where required by law or upon valid legal process, we may disclose necessary information to law enforcement or rights holders.

To report abuse, contact [email protected] and include the relevant IP addresses, timestamps, and supporting evidence where possible.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service.
